Seller and status
Your seller is Bovaceous, 32 Office Park Rd, Hilton Head, SC 29928, United States. Support and refunds: bovaceous@gmail.com. This agreement covers one Cyberdash development-stage preorder. Review and sign these terms before paying the deposit. Cyberdash is an independent aftermarket product. It is not manufactured, sold, sponsored, or endorsed by Tesla.
Price and deposit
The list price is $3,499 USD. Pay a $500 deposit to reserve one unit. The deposit applies in full to the price, leaving a $2,999 product balance due before shipment. Applicable tax and shipping will be disclosed before payment. There are no subscriptions or automatic balance charges. Signing alone does not complete a reservation: the seller must confirm successful deposit payment.
Your refundable deposit window
You may cancel for a full $500 deposit refund, including any tax collected on that deposit, at any time before you expressly approve the engineering sample and authorize production for your order. Bovaceous will send actual sample photos, verified specifications, information about fitment for your vehicle, an estimated shipment window, a production-start notice, and the date your refund window would close. You must separately confirm approval in writing. A company announcement, silence, or signing this preorder agreement does not close your refund window. If you decline the sample or production authorization, your deposit and any tax collected on it will be refunded in full. No payment-processing fee will be deducted from that refund.
After sample approval and production authorization
After your separate written sample approval and authorization to start production, the $500 deposit is committed to your order and is not refundable for a change of mind. That limitation does not apply if Cyberdash cancels the project, cannot fulfill the order, makes a material change you do not accept, or owes a refund for a shipping delay or under applicable law. No mandatory consumer, payment-dispute, or statutory refund right is waived. The $2,999 balance requires separate payment approval before shipment.
Estimated shipment and delays
Estimated shipment window: January 2027. Any published window is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and depends on sample validation and production. Signing is not consent to an unlimited delay. If the stated window cannot be met, Bovaceous will notify you before it expires, give a revised estimate or explain why a new date is unknown, and ask for your express agreement to wait. If you decline or do not agree, the unshipped order will be cancelled and all amounts paid refunded. If you agree to an indefinite delay, you may still cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment. These delay protections still apply after production authorization.
Cybertruck fitment and development scope
The planned design uses exactly four 12.3-inch diagonal displays in one continuous pillar-to-pillar housing, with one motherboard for the driver pair and one for the passenger pair, and one hidden power cord to the cabin 120V NEMA outlet. It retains the factory Tesla screen, uses a plug-and-play mount without cutting the factory dash, and has no factory network splice or CAN integration. Intended fitment: Tesla Cybertruck, including Foundation Series. Model-year and trim compatibility must be confirmed for your specific vehicle during engineering-sample review before you authorize production. Universal compatibility and fitment for future vehicle revisions are not promised. Overall housing dimensions, mounting stability, sightlines, airbag clearance, English installation instructions, and media compatibility remain subject to sample validation. Planned entertainment includes CarPlay, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth audio, and passenger media; supported apps may require separate subscriptions or internet service. No built-in radio or GPS receiver is promised. Images and films are design visualizations, not proof of manufactured hardware. If the confirmed design is incompatible with your vehicle or materially differs from your accepted specification, you may cancel for a full refund. Driver video viewing is for parked use only, including when FSD is available.
Returns after delivery
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery for a refund of the product price including the deposit, applicable tax, and original standard shipping. Return the unit and supplied accessories. Normal inspection and careful trial installation are allowed. Prepaid return shipping and no restocking fee apply. Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modification is excluded from this voluntary policy. Refunds are issued within seven business days after the returned unit is received and inspected. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Cancellation and refund method
Send cancellation or refund requests to bovaceous@gmail.com, including your order reference and purchase email. No fee applies to a refund within the refundable window. Refunds for cancelled unshipped orders are issued to the original payment method within seven business days; bank posting time may vary. Refunds are the seller’s obligation, not an escrow, insurance policy, or third-party guarantee.
Electronic signature and your records
By typing your full name and selecting the consent box, you intend to sign this deposit agreement electronically. Read and download these terms before signing. A browser and text-file reader are needed to view and retain your copy. Download the signed agreement after submission and keep the separate payment receipt. Your name, email, signature, exact terms, terms version, and timestamp are stored as the agreement record. Signing is not sample approval or production authorization. If you prefer not to sign electronically, contact the seller for a paper alternative before purchasing; an unsigned free updates list is also available. Withdrawing electronic-record consent does not undo an existing agreement. Marketing consent is separate. Identity is not independently verified by the typed signature.
